Why We Have CNA Classes
The Williamsport Home periodically offers CNA classes to support individuals who wish to develop their healthcare careers and to add caring and dedicated individuals to our team. Candidates are offered a part-time or full-time position in our facility at the conclusion of the class.
When we have openings for CNA Classes, you will see a "CNA Student" position on our Careers page.
How it Works
Pre-Employment Screening Steps
- Interested individuals submit an application for “CNA Student” position
- Applications are reviewed and interviews are scheduled
- Selected candidates complete the interview and class pre-test
- Selected candidates are notified and offered a position
- Selected candidates complete pre-employment screening steps
- Candidates are notified of class schedule at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the class

- Drug Screen
- Physical
- TSPOT/TB Test
- PA State Police Criminal Record Check
